Processing Times

For items that are in our warehouse and readily available we dispatch the order within 24 hours barring any quality issues or pubic holidays. Specially made or custom products are shipped within 7-10 days. On the product page you will see a note stating that the product is a custom make and the expected delivery estimate. Delivery Information

Within India :

Normal Shipping : 

Regular shipping is free. There is no extra charge. Depending on your delivery zone this can take anywhere from 3 - 5 days for delivery once dispatched. 

Expedited Shipping : 

Expedited shipping costs Rs 75. Depending on your delivery zone this can take anywhere from 1 - 3 days for delivery once dispatched.

Cash on Delivery : 

For all Cash on Delivery orders there is a service charge of Rs 50 to Rs 150 depending on total order value.

International Orders :

Shipping for international orders costs USD 8. If your order is over US$100 then shipping is free. Import duty is not included in the prices. You may have to pay import duties on the receipt of your order depending on the customs authority in your country. If a customer refuses to pay the Duty levied by their respective county and does not accept the shipment from the shipping partner then Orne Jewels will not be liable to refund any amount for the orders.

Most orders are shipped via Fedex, Aramex or Delhivery. 

Remote Areas : 

For remote areas if courier services are not available we ship via EMS Speedpost.

International Zones : 

All orders are shipped via EMS SpeedPost or India Post. Delivery can take 7-15 days depending on destination.
